We are Blue Sails Psychology Ltd. a provider of expert psychological services in adoption and fostering for parents, professionals and organisations in Devon and South West England. We are a limited company and are registered in Exmouth, Devon, England.

Blue Sails Psychology Ltd. will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We take your privacy seriously.

How do we collect information from you?

We collect information about you when you provide it to us, and when you use our website.

Information you provide through our website: this includes your information such as your name and email address when you correspond with us through our contact form.

Information collected automatically: this includes your IP address, your operating system, browser type and country, used for security and to make sure the website can be viewed on as many devices as possible. This data is anonymised.

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with our services, and correspond with you. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

We use the data you provide on the contact form to correspond with you. We may use your information to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us.

These are supplied by companies whose services we use.

Also used by Google reCAPTCHA v3, this collects anonymised data including your IP address, operating system and mouse and keyboard behaviour to make sure that you are human. Expire from the end of session to up to 26 months.
