Cardiff School of Art and Design (CSAD) European Art-Science-Technology Network for Digital Creativity (EASTN-DC) festival

Cardiff School of Art and Design (CSAD) / Cardiff Metropolitan University will be holding their European Art-Science-Technology Network for Digital Creativity (EASTN-DC) festival Matte(R)ealities on the 4th to the 6th March 2022.

The EASTN-DC emphasis at Cardiff has been loosely focused on notions of ‘materiality’ within the field for example through exploring the physical materials of sound media, augmented objects, haptics and physical modelling, ecological concerns, kinetic art and physical systems.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis we are delivering a virtual festival with an exciting schedule including presentations, panels, workshops, fixed media compositions and a virtual exhibition of art works.
