Dreamcloud-Foresta-Tissardmine
Dreamcloud-Foresta-Tissardmine is a new composition that merges three recent experiences of the artist: sounds composed with the physical modelling synthesis software GENESIS during a PhD (2013-2018) at ACROE-ICA, Grenoble Polytechnic Institute; an audio field recording taken during an artist’s residency in January 2020 at Café Tissardmine, in the Morocco Sahara and some of the almost 100 dreams collected for the DreamCloud project carried out as part of the symposium L‘enchantement qui revient at the Château de Cerisy la Salle in July 2021.

Giuseppe GavazzaGiuseppe Gavazza, a graduate of the University of Turin, is a composer, sound-artist, teacher and researcher. He studied composition, direction, piano, musicology and electronic music and graduated from the Conservatory of Milan. He collaborates with European research centres; since 1999 he is resident composer at ACROE-ICA, Grenoble where he obtained his PhD, is Permanent Researcher at AAU-CRESSON, Grenoble and teaches at Cuneo Music Conservatory.
EASTN-DC, European Art-Science-Technology Network for Digital Creativity, is a network dedicated to the time-based digital arts: musical arts, visual arts, performing and interactive arts. It is gathering 16 partners in 13 different countries from Europe to the Americas. They will host and exchange about 70 creators in the frame of a 16 international events tour spread over 4 years. These privileged moments, in direct contact with the audience, will frame a new and systemic approach, binding the Knowing “Disseminate”, the Learning “Inseminate”, the Making “Collect”, a digital creativity factory leading to a creative citizen.
